We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to create your BearChillzĀ® gear, printed just for you. Because every item is made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific circumstances outlined below.


āœ… We’ll Replace or Refund If:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing/manufacturing issue, we’ll happily send a free replacement or issue a refund.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund right away.

āŒ We Can’t Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

Because each item is custom printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size/colour selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor variations in print placement or colour tone (these can occur naturally with the printing process)

🚚 Lost or Missing Orders

  • If tracking shows the parcel was lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or refund.
