We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to create your BearChillz® gear, printed just for you. Because every item is made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific circumstances outlined below.
✅ We’ll Replace or Refund If:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing/manufacturing issue, we’ll happily send a free replacement or issue a refund.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund right away.
❌ We Can’t Accept Returns or Exchanges For:
Because each item is custom printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or incorrect size/colour selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations in print placement or colour tone (these can occur naturally with the printing process)

🚚 Lost or Missing Orders

- If tracking shows the parcel was lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or refund.
- If the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we can’t guarantee a free replacement.

Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
